SHIPPING:

Free shipping worldwide on orders above 500€

20€ for orders under 500€

 

RETURNS:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating a reason. All MAKAB products can be returned according to general conditions except candles. The cancellation period totals 14 days from the day on which you or a third-party appointed by you, who is not a carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage and must have no signs of wear or use. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email – contact@makab.co and we will provide the RAN (Return Authorization Number) and instructions for shipping the item back.

In order to comply with the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercising of the right of cancellation is sent before the end of the cancellation period.

Orders received by  10am Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt; orders placed during the weekends or over holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. At most, orders may take up to 72 hours of receipt to ship from our shop.
